This morning, I went running with two of my ANΩ brothers. Before I left, I made what I'd like to call my "pre-workout smoothie".
I knew we didn't have anymore milk, so I thought the banana would make everything blend but my blender said NO. Therefore, I nervously decided to use water as a base and it actually tasted just like a regular milk smoothie.
After the run, I came home and completed an Express Cycle on the Free Giam Tv on demand fitness channel. Then I made pancakes using a banana, eggs, and walnuts. I've made them once before and they were pretty tasty. I love food and I'm hungry all the time so I really try to do 5 meals a day. I've seen lots of recipes that use only a whole banana and 2 eggs. I decided to add walnuts, and if you know the prices of eggs, you understand why I only used 1 egg with half a banana. Here's my pictures
BANANA/WALNUT PANCAKES (no flour, no milk)
Lunches have been consisting of salad only. Tonight for dinner, I'm going to cut up chicken breast and cook it in Italian dressing and top it over brown rice.
Because I have an addiction to ice cream, dessert will include a Blue Bonny bar. They're only 100 calories but I still have to try my best to eat only 1 a day. They're so delicious!
I plan to lose 30 pounds by the wedding in July. Whatever goal you have, stick with it. Try to get people on you team. I now have a running team, I also have another ANΩ brother who texts me every morning to make sure I actually worked out, and of course my biggest supporter of all, my loving fiance. Get a plan and just do it! You got this.
